Roshni Subbaiah has over twelve years of work experience. She began her career in the hospitality industry. She moved to NIIT in Business Development where she worked for four years before pursuing her MBA. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from RMIT, Melbourne with a dual specialization in Marketing and Human Resources. Her first assignment in training was with Talisma Support Services where she headed the Training department. Her primary interest was training delivery; hence she moved to NEXT a training institute. Her exposure to the service industry led to initially training in the area of customer Service in the ITES space where she worked with DELL, AOL, HSBC, and HTMT.
She then worked in Presentation skills and Communication skills training in IT with Oracle, DSL, Torry Harris where she designed and delivered these programs. She has handled training for Leadership development in the middle management. The companies where these programs were conducted are namely- SAP Labs, THBS, 3 Global and Accenture. The other training programs include Train the trainer at Prudential UK, Team Building for Symphony Services and DSL, Campus to Corporate for HP and SAP Labs, Time management and People Interaction for SAP Labs.
