At AMA International, New York, teach seminars on Leadership Skills and General Management all over the United States.
At Andersen Corporate University, Minneapolis, designed and delivered courses focused at teaching middle managers the critical human skills of managing projects with multi-national membership.
At Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo, Commercial Division, Saudi Arabia, designed and taught the Kanoo Leadership Program aimed at creating Business Leaders with an entrepreneurial focus.
At AMKA Products, Plaza Board (South Africa), SEW, LANCO, SEAPOL, Cranes Software & KAR Group (India), advise the families on various aspects of the family business leading to organizational transformation. This includes participation in key decision making, advise on structuring of business as well as leadership development and coaching for key family members and senior management.
At Aditi Technologies, Talisma Corporation, Seattle, designed and delivered Management Development courses aimed at enhancing productivity and creating a winning culture.
At The World Bank - CGIAR - ICRISAT & Asian Paints, worked with Managers and senior scientists from different nationalities on a Development Planning & Performance Coaching System.
At Wartsila, Saudi Arabia, designed and delivered Sales Leadership training which was widely acclaimed.
At the SVP National Police Academy, Hyderabad: Design and deliver leadership workshops for IPS Officers joining the Service as well as for Senior Officers (DIG and IG) aimed at creating a more positive Police-Public interface.
At the SSB Academy, Gwaldam: Designed and deliver Train the Trainer courses for Police Instructors aimed at making them more effective in training delivery. Also designed and delivered a Key Leadership Skills course for Commandants newly entered into the Service. The SSB is the border guarding force in the East and North East India.
